What type of user's rights are supported in the online exam system?

1. Super Admin:

This user is a top-level user with access to all the functionality of Eklavvya. The main admin can also create multiple other users who can manage the system functionality in various aspects, including the question bank, exam paper, and scheduling of the exam.


2. Manager:


This user is a top-level user with access to all the functionality of Eklavvya. This role can manage the system functionality in various aspects, including the question bank, exam paper, and scheduling of the exam. The manager role cannot create other users in the system.


3. Exam Administrator:


Exam administrators can schedule the exam for the students. The main role of the exam administrator is to define the examination, assign students for the exam, or schedule the exam.

The exam administrator has access to the following features:

4. Subject Expert:


The subject expert will have access to the question bank and reports related to the question bank. There would be no access to the exam scheduling section of the site. The subject expert has access to the following features:

5. Proctor:

This role has access to live streaming for the user, along with the following features:

  • Live user monitoring

  • Live Chat with a Remote User

  • Live Screen Activity Viewing

  • Resume, Pause, or Terminate an Online Exam

  • Monitor Online Exam Status


6.Result Viewer:

This role has access to the result section of objective and subjective exams.


7. Examiner:


An examiner has a specific role in evaluating subjective assessments. This role has access to subjective or theoretical exam evaluation. Examiners can evaluate and assign marks for theory exam questions.
